Latin America. In the last year, digital transformation in Latin America and according to the Think Digital Report 2023 by Inesdi Business School, Mexico leads this process in the region, with 73% of companies already immersed in their digital transformation in 2023.

In this context and in order to help all companies implement a correct digital transformation, Panduit launched its "MAKE IT HAPPEN" initiative.

"We seek to inspire business leaders to implement technologies that optimize processes and improve performance constantly, under a consultative approach. ' 'MAKE IT HAPPEN' reflects the talent we have and our commitment to excellence, connectivity and technological advancement, ensuring that Panduit is seen not only as a supplier, but as a strategic partner and advisor, making things happen where and when they are needed," says Carlos Arochi, director of Panduit LATAM.

This initiative is in line with the company's goal of doubling its growth in the next six years, aiming for a 100% increase by 2029 and its innovation DNA, under which it allocates 6% of its annual revenue to research and development.

"'Make It Happen' is a brand promise that unifies our business units under a philosophy focused on innovation, sustainability, operational efficiency and return on investment to turn each business challenge of our customers and partners into an opportunity for success, all this hand in hand with a proactive and expert partner," says Arochi.

The four pillars of "MAKE IT HAPPEN"
This initiative is based on four key pillars:
Operational efficiency: "MAKE IT HAPPEN" proposes to eliminate operational barriers through innovative solutions that optimize processes, reduce costs and improve productivity in industrial, corporate and government environments. The goal is to achieve operational efficiency at all levels.

Return on Investment (ROI): Panduit encourages strategic investments that increase operational profitability. Its solutions allow you to adapt quickly to market dynamics, optimize energy costs and reduce operating expenses, ensuring a quantifiable return on investment in sectors such as government, data centers and manufacturing.

Environmental commitment: Sustainability is a priority for Panduit. The company is a leader in environmental innovation and its practices aligned with ESG (environmental, social and governance) criteria promote a greener future. Its ESG report highlights how its solutions contribute to sustainability without sacrificing business efficiency and seeks to help other companies achieve their sustainability goals.

Proactive and expert partner: With more than 35 years of experience in Latin America, Panduit not only offers products, but also strategic support. The company drives business transformations through successful collaborations that optimize technology infrastructures and revolutionize entire industries.

Transforming businesses, driving the future
"MAKE IT HAPPEN" will not only be a slogan for the next few years, but also a work philosophy, which has been developed by the company for more than three decades. Its solutions in network infrastructure, connectivity and strategic support have allowed various companies such as Grupo Xcaret, IFT, Universidad Panamericana, OXXO, Mercado Libre, Ascenty, Universidad del Cauca, Universidad ICESI, Universidad El Bosque, Codisa, among other technology leaders, to design and implement optimization plans that improve the efficiency, profitability and sustainability of their operations.

On the other hand, "MAKE IT HAPPEN" also benefits distribution channels, fostering the interest of end users and promoting the success of projects in industrial, business and electrical network infrastructure, as well as audio and video. With this initiative, Panduit reaffirms its role as an expert and proactive partner that empowers the operational success of its customers.
