Panama. Chile, Peru and Colombia were the countries in which until a year ago RLASAV had operation with its audiovisual rental services in hotels and with which it had managed to stand out thanks to its work proposal. Panama was not among his plans, but a call changed the situation.
"At the RLASAV office in Bogota, Colombia, we received a call from Trump Panama inviting us to operate the audiovisual system of the hotel's convention center, thanks to the recommendations they had received for our experience in the region," said Luis Zamora, in charge of the company's operation in Panama.
After the call and approval of the central office in Chile, from the headquarters in Colombia they led the operation project that was proposed to the Trump hotel, taking into account the installed systems and organizing the errors that it had.
"The main challenge was to operate the automation system installed in the auditoriums. For that we had to bring in an expert from Costa Rica who for a week corrected the errors and put the system into operation," added Luis Zamora, a Chilean who has supported the expansion of RLASAV in Peru, Colombia and now Panama.
After a year of arriving in Panama, RLASAV already operates in two hotels, Trump and Double Tree By Hilton, and will reach a third in January, Las Americas Golden Tower, when its construction process is completed.
Luis Zamora concluded that "Panama is a very interesting market, there is a lot to do. Therefore, the goal for the next three years is to make RLASAV the most important rental company in Panama."
