He will also be in charge of all Spanish support tickets from all over Latin America, as well as support to Atlona's entire international support team globally.

Ramos has 15 years in the professional AV industry and comes to Atlona after serving as a sales, design and solutions engineer at Centro de Audio, Video y Comunicaciones.
For his part, Ramos indicated that "I am looking forward to working with the Latin American team on the various aspects of this position, from the creation of technical materials for the execution of their many training, testing and certification programs.
