Baumgratz is recognized for its more than 30 years of experience in the audio and video related industries, in topics ranging from transmitter design and manufacturing to IT consulting and systems design.
Currently, he is the owner and director of 'EAV - Engenharia Audiovisual', an AV engineering design company in Brazil, and together with other CTS professionals he has developed and carried out AV designs, systems integration and maintenance.
In addition, the company develops customized technical training material for the training of other companies. Baumgratz, is also a member of InfoComm since 2008, and conducts training both in the United States and in different countries in Latin America, for example, in events such as TecnoMultimedia Mexico and Colombia.
