Charmex inaugurates new facilities in Bogotá

Colombia. Charmex Latin America has moved its headquarters in Bogotá to a new facility of more than 300 square meters that include a showroom and a distribution warehouse to meet the growth experienced by its activity in recent years and provide a faster and more efficient service to its network of distributors in Colombia and Latin America.

The new facilities are located at Carrera 20 C # 73-26, in the Chapinero area, northeast of Bogotá, and only 100 meters from the old Charmex offices. It is an area of very easy access, a representative point of the economic development of the capital where the largest financial activity in the country is concentrated.

The new showroom will allow to show more solutions than those available to date so that distributors and users can test and interact with the novelties that the company is launching in Colombia gradually. The products to be shown are oriented to corporate markets and the education sector, allowing simultaneous demonstrations of different solutions.

The showroom includes products in the following solutions:
Clevertouch interactive monitors of 65 and 75 of great success in Colombia and with many installations already carried out.
Digital classroom with 89 Trauboard interactive whiteboard and Vivitek ultra-short distance projector.
Corporate room reservation system for multinationals that need to manage their common spaces efficiently and with a great saving of time and technical resources.
Integrated Digital Signage Solutions of easy installation to inform customers, students or employees of any corporation or university.
Collaborative solutions (Vivitek or WePresent) to share and exchange information in any meeting in person or remotely and in real time, in a very simple way.

In addition, from now on, Charmex will have in these facilities its own and self-managed warehouse of all the products it sells, directly managing the logistics and distribution of all orders, without intermediaries. "This will make it possible to have complete control over the stock and availability of our products, with the advantages of efficient management for better customer service, the raison d'être of this company," says Iñigo González, head of development in Latin America at Charmex.

On the other hand, for a few months, Charmex Latinoamérica SAS has incorporated into its staff the figure of the technical director, which has fallen to William Sarmiento, a professional with a recognized career in the electronic sector. It is also planned to expand the staff in the coming months to meet the future demands of customers, in constant growth.

The boost that Charmex is giving to Latin America is also reflected in its growing participation in different fairs in the region. In addition to its recent presence at the InfoComm Orlando and Virtual Educa fairs in Colombia, the company will participate for the fourth consecutive year in TecnoMultimedia InfoComm Colombia, which will take place from November 15 to 17 in Bogotá.
