Latin America. Bose announced the acquisition of ZiipRoom, the developer of productivity and connectivity software for devices, boardrooms and conferences. ZiipRoom will join Bose Professional, the division of Bose Corporation that specializes in meeting the needs of system integrators, consultants and audio designers.
The announcement, made by Akira Mochimaru, CEO of Bose Professional, is yet another sign of Bose's commitment to delivering the most comprehensive and intuitive tools for integrators and end users. Martin Bodley, co-founder and CEO of ZiipRoom, formerly CEO of RevoLabs, will lead the conference audio category within Bose Professional at its headquarters located in the city of Framingham, Massachusetts.
