Latin America. With a simple style, particular passion and humor, Darío Peñaloza shares through a written work, his philosophy of work in more than 35 years of experience.
"The human of audio, beyond the technical and theoretical" is named after the book presented by the two-time Latin Grammy winner, in the categories Best Recording Engineering in 2014 and Best Instrumental Album in 2018.
The work has the foreword by Cesar Lamschtein, Vice President of AES (Audio Engineering Society) in Latin America.
The starting point of the book is the black and white setting of the workshop that the author has carried out throughout Latin America in recent years, called "The human of audio", in which he deals with his work philosophy, capturing in a simple and sharp way the elements to highlight of human behavior regarding audio for the training of a better professional.
Some of the topics that can be read are the understanding of the privilege that means working the art of another, soft skills, the administration of the ear, the "please and not attack" in the audio, accompanied by anecdotes and experiences.
The text was officially baptized in September by the prestigious speaker company Genelec, under the framework of the Latin American Conference of the Audio Engineering Society "LAC 2020" that was held virtually in Rio de Janeiro. "THE HUMAN OF AUDIO, BEYOND THE TECHNICAL AND THEORETICAL" by Darío Peñaloza is now available on Amazon, both in electronic and physical format.
