Mexico. Founded in 1886, the ABC Medical Center, also known as Hospital ABC, is the first private hospital in Mexico in tradition, vocation of service, seniority, teaching, research and commitment to social responsibility.
Under the premise of updating and enhancing the image of the institution, the communication directorate of the ABC Hospital decided to implement a digital signage communication channel in its two campuses, Santa Fe and Observatorio, to improve the Communication of the Hospital with its patients, visitors and staff who work in the institution.
After evaluating the communication needs and establishing the scope of the project, Corporate Multimedia installed a digital signage system with MagicInfo and a network of 25 screens in waiting rooms, laboratories, medical areas of specialties, with the aim of improving communication through content that promotes information campaigns, services and agreements, in addition to institutional recommendations and commemorations of special dates in the area of health.
With this solution, Lesly Reséndiz, administrative branding analyst of the institution, declares that communication is much clearer and generates a greater impact, since patients have a greater reference to go to other services, observing the satisfactory experiences they have had in the hospital and employees are proactive to participate in the videos.
The project implemented since October 2020, has transformed the spaces where time is essential and the environment becomes stressful. The implementation of a digital signage channel has allowed to help patients, visitors, work teams and even the community of the same hospital to stay informed, to improve services.
