Samsung launches smart portable projector

samsung The Freestyle

Latin America. It's been many years since the TV stopped being a box to watch our favorite shows. Today, it has become a window that allows us to amplify various experiences thanks to its technological innovations. In it we can enjoy our favorite content to perform video game marathons, exercise, study and work.

These technological advances have been accompanied by an evolution in the design of televisions, which allows the user not only to enjoy their content, but the TV to reflect their lifestyle and adjust to their needs, interests and daily activities.

Since 2019, Samsung created the category of Lifestyle screens, which has been characterized by generating experiences adapted to the needs and lifestyle of users. These devices, in addition to having cutting-edge designs, offer characteristics of the tastes of users. Sobriety, personalization, interaction and portability are some of its features.

Today, Samsung offers a portfolio of lifestyle displays that has been thought and designed for any space in the home: The Frame, The Premiere and The Sero. With the recent addition of The Freestyle, a portable projector, the company ratifies its proposal to offer a screen for everything and everyone.

"Having a product for each type of user or interest allows us to offer various entertainment options inside or outside the home. With Lifestyle screens we hope to continue captivating more users and we hope to exceed the 57% growth we register in this type of products in 2021, "says Johan Pinzón, director of Visual Display of Samsung Colombia.

The Freestyle, project where and how you want
The Freestyle is a portable projector that offers an image of 30" up to 100" in Full HD quality, with calibration and autofocus functions, which auto-adjusts its image and size to any surface and at any angle. The device has a design that allows it to adjust at a dynamic angle of 180° thanks to its rotation. In addition, it offers the tools and connectivity of Samsung Smart TVs, with integrated streaming services and mirroring and streaming functions compatible with Android mobile devices, as well as iOS.

In this way, entertainment can be taken anywhere in an easy and practical way, as it does not require a complicated installation. Thanks to its portable and lightweight design, around 800 grams, it is ideal for changing places inside or outside the home, as it can be connected to an external battery with USB-C cable.

This short-range device, with HDR10+ certification and triple laser technology, has a 4K image resolution and a maximum image of 130 "with an interface of a conventional Smart TV.

Being an ultra-short distance projector can be placed a few centimeters from the wall, which facilitates its use and reduces the need for complicated installations. It features Acoustic Beam surround sound, which provides one of the best projector listening experiences. Thanks to its minimalist design: you can move easily and agilely without complex installations to enjoy the best Smart experience anywhere in the home.
