This year the event will have a complete academic program designed and executed by InfoComm University™, composed of more than 150 seminars between one and two hours long.

InfoComm's educational program is recognized for its variety and professional quality. The thematic grid will delve into various topics including the main trends in AV products and applications, collaboration and unified communications, trends in emerging technologies, technology management, smart building technology, IT and networks, business, administration and training for manufacturers.

In addition, the intensive three-day courses will be held to dive deep into essential topics of AV, advanced design, networkED AV and much more.

Other educational novelties that will enrich the learning offer of InfoComm 2017 will be the trainings for vendors and computer labs, the latter will be four-hour activities in which attendees can create applications, analyze traffic to a network or hack a network to test its security.

Storytelling, Career Fair and gender perspective
This year a new non-technical and experimental conference format called TIDE will be held at InfoComm in which visitors will have the opportunity to learn how storytelling strategy is being used to achieve business goals and the critical role the AV industry plays in the creative process and delivering a compelling story.

For the fourth consecutive year the Career Fair will be held, there recently graduated professionals or about to receive in AV careers will have a unique opportunity to meet the main employers of the audiovisual industry, companies that are in the search for candidates that meet their profiles and expectations. The Career Fair gives them the possibility of forming a network of work between professionals and entrepreneurs in the sector. This activity will take place between June 14 and 16, within the framework of the fair.

On Wednesday, June 15, between 7:30 and 9:30 in the morning, the breakfast of the InfoComm women's network will be held, an activity in which men and women analyze and talk about the current challenges faced by women in the AV industry and propose initiatives in the face of these challenges.

Guided tours
Among the activities with the highest call are the tours. In this edition the organization of the Expo has planned two exciting and enriching tours that will take visitors on a journey through innovation and entertainment. One of them will be the University of Central Florida, a renovated infrastructure with 23 new AV spaces and a divisible conference room.

The second tour will be a visit to the theater of the creative group Blue Man Group, in which you can interact with the members of its cast and see a 30-minute show.

Alternative events
Attendees at InfoComm 2017 will have a triple opportunity to get to know the AV industry from all segments, as two parallel events will be held within the framework of the expo.

One of the events is the UBTech 2017 conference to be held at the Omni Champions Gate Resort in Orlando and is aimed at technology managers or IT leaders for higher education institutions. It will have two renowned keynote speakers and over 80 powerful sessions to explore opportunities for innovative growth in IT, AV, and student and institutional success.
