Latin America. PSNI Global Alliance, the global network of technology integrators and service providers, has awarded Biamp, Lightware, Shure and NETGEAR its 'Quality Cup' award after a year of outstanding contributions to the AV industry.
The accolades were announced at InfoComm 2022 during PSNI's Preferred endor Partner (PVP) recognition breakfast. The 'Quality Cup' winners are the result of a comprehensive voting process across the Alliance, where certified solution providers (CSPs) around the world endorse manufacturers, distributors and service providers that have provided outstanding service and operational standards throughout the year.
Five categories were voted on in the network of more than 100 PSNI companies, including:
• The Rising Star Award
• The All Day, Every Day Award
• Growth Driver Award
• The Quality Enforcer Award
• And partner of the year
Hailed as its most cherished recognition, PSNI awarded audio and networking manufacturer Biamp as "Partner of the Year" after a year of outstanding success. In the words of PSNI Chief Marketing Officer Hailey Klein: "During a year affected by the pandemic and global challenges, Biamp continued to inspire us through powerful demonstrations, product innovations and marketing tactics, even in the digital landscape."
Biamp also claimed PSNI's "All Day, Every Day" award. Awarded by PSNI staff based on the PVP who participated in each event, content and educational initiative that is within their sponsorship.
"Biamp is honored to have received these two awards and is committed to the continued success of everyone involved within the PSNI organization," said Ashley Smith, Biamp's regional sales manager.
PSNI continued the awards ceremony by announcing its 'Rising Star Award' which recognized the manufacturer that had an impact within PSNI and was new to the PSNI program since 2020. Due to its impressive reach and support to the community since joining PSNI in 2021, Lightware was voted by PSNI's certified solution providers as Rising Star.
The Quality Enforcer award went to Shure. This award recognizes a partner who has demonstrated deep technical knowledge and experience that enables customers to overcome business challenges and improve processes, specifically in the Covid era through a complex, customized and customized solution.
Finally, NETGEAR claimed the Growth Driver Award, received by the manufacturer that had the highest percentage of growth and sales within the PVP program year after year.
