During the fifth edition of the North Bay Business Journal's annual survey, Panamax/Furman was chosen as one of the winners of the Best Places to Work award, after evaluating various parameters such as benefits for its employees and community inclusion.One of the methods of data collection was through an anonymous survey applied to the employees of the nominated companies, in addition to the information provided by them along with the nomination request. "We are honored to be recognized as one of the best places to work in the North Bay. The most rewarding aspect of this award is that it is largely determined by employee surveys," said Bill Pollock, president of Panamax/Furman.
The awards to the winning companies were presented on September 23 at a ceremony at the Doubletree Hotel in Rohnert Park in California, along with a special publication in the North Bay Business Journal.
