Mexico. Plantronics announced the appointment of Claudia Minero Guerra as Director of Canal for Mexico. taking charge of one of the sectors with the most competition in the market, with the firm idea of promoting the consumer sector, which it considers an untapped land by the company.
She holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales and Advertising from the Higher School of Commerce and Management of the National Polytechnic Institute and a degree in Business Administration from the Harvard Graduate Business School.

She has a solid background in the ICT industry, with knowledge of sales and marketing solutions in the region and ability to implement successful projects with IT Channels.
Prior to joining Plantronics, Claudia Minero held various marketing positions in some of Mexico's leading ICT market players with an international presence. He began his career as a Corporate Sales Manager at Xerox; he was in the Marketing department at Canon and managing channels at Hewlett – Packard Mexico for two years.
In Oracle she participated as a Channel Manager where she was part of the change of the company, from a direct management to an indirect sales scheme and she contributed her knowledge of sales in distribution channels.
