Brazil. Shure has announced key changes in its distribution, increased focus on the Brazilian market and long-term investment plans in that country. While Shure has successfully operated in Brazil since 1989 through different companies, the company will launch a new business strategy that will facilitate closer contact with distributors, sellers and end users.
In this new business model, Shure is pleased to announce Tele-Ponto Comercio as its new distribution partner in the Pro Audio segment. Shure will also work directly with specialized partners in the different vertical markets in which it operates.
In order to increase the support provided by these partners, the company announced the opening of an office in Brazil, where important Shure employees will be assigned. In addition to service and support from distributors and vendors, customers will also receive technical support, marketing resources, and training directly from Shure.
With a 90-year tradition of quality products, with service and support in its class, Shure continues to innovate, invest, push the boundaries and improve the way the company presents itself in the market.
José A. Rivas, Shure's Managing Director for Latin America, stated "Shure is investing in Brazil for the long term in order to better serve our customers. We are very excited about the opportunities these changes will bring. We are at a unique moment in Shure's history in terms of new products, technology and resources. We are confident in the potential of the Brazilian market, and we will continue to work hard to exceed our customers' expectations."
