PT-RZ31K projectors: up to 31 thousand lumens of brightness

Mexico. Panasonic announced the availability in the local market of its new PT-RZ31K series of projectors, which combines 3-Chip DLP technology with a solid-state laser-LED light source. The series, comprised of a pair of high-performance equipment for large enclosure applications, includes the PT-RZ31K (WUXGA) and PT-RS30K (SXGA+) models, both with a brightness of up to 31,000 lumens and 20,000:1 contrast.

Due to their low maintenance, energy saving, powerful performance and compatibility with a wide variety of lenses, they are an ideal tool for professional use in concerts, plays, mass events or 2D or 3D mapping shows.

Thanks to the use of the efficient laser-LED source and its dust-resistant optical design, the PT-RZ31K series of projectors can operate for up to 20 thousand uninterrupted hours without requiring maintenance.

These devices integrate Panasonic's geometric adjustment software that facilitates its quick installation and opens up great possibilities for creativity to explore various surfaces and shapes of projection, color adjustment, blending and mapping.

Low maintenance and energy saving
Identified under the Solid Shine concept, the solid-state laser-LED light source replaces conventional lamps and expands the functionality of the projector. This type of lighting source provides operating periods of up to 20 thousand hours, with very low maintenance cost and the possibility of being installed at any angle within 360°.

By eliminating the use of mercury lamps, such as those used in conventional equipment, the risk of accidental contamination is reduced and the projector's electrical energy consumption is minimized.

To ensure that the image brightness is not affected by dust, the PT-RZ31K features an optical block and hermetically sealed dustproof components.

Another feature for uninterrupted operation is its dual light source, designed so that, if at any time a technical failure occurs, the second source is activated and the projection does not stop.

Its Real Motion processor uses frame creation technology to produce extremely fluid video images with minimal level of motion blur.

Design for a versatile installation
The PT-RZ31K features an exceptionally compact and lightweight design (70.6 x 42.0 x 129.0cms, weighing 79kg), contributing to a flexible, agile and varied installation.

These features provide the possibility of installing additional projectors coupled on top of each other to increase the brightness of the image, or to generate a wider spectrum of projection. In addition, your cabinet can be located in any position within a 360° rotation range, regardless of whether its orientation is vertical or horizontal.

To expand its installation versatility, it has a DIGITAL LINK connection that requires a single cable to transmit High Definition video signals without compression and control commands, which saves wiring costs in very large enclosures. In addition, it is compatible with a wide variety of lenses, available as an optional accessory.

The PT-RZ31K series projectors are available upon request through Panasonic de Mexico's B2B Integral Solutions Group.
