Mexico. ViewSonic announced the availability in Mexico of its new entry laser projector, LS620X. This short-throw projector features a native resolution of 1024x768 XGA and 3,200 lumens of brightness, making it the ideal projection solution for creating large-scale images in small spaces, such as school classrooms and meeting rooms.
Thanks to ViewSonic's exclusive SuperColor technology, this projector provides advanced color resolution and stunning images. Designed with a laser phosphor light source that allows up to 25,000 hours of use, it can be used long-term and virtually without receiving any maintenance, in any classroom.
The LS620X is designed to connect to any device via HDMI connection and display 3D images directly from 3D Blu-Ray players. With a short projection shot of 0.61 and vertical keystone correction, this equipment allows a hassle-free installation; In addition, thanks to this short projection radius, it can be placed just a few inches away from the wall or screen to provide shocking and large-scale images.
The LS620X integrates Crestron's® e-Control™ system and RoomView Express™ management software, which allow the IT administrator to monitor, organize and manage the projector remotely; as well as receiving status alerts. Additionally, and because this projector is certified by Crestron® and AMX®, the IT administrator can control and monitor the projector to fit a university campus or company of any size.
"We have the opportunity to offer the Mexican market a comprehensive portfolio of innovative technologies. The LS620X, in particular, integrates advanced technologies, such as SuperColor, to ensure realistic color reproduction at a more cost-effective cost than that offered by typical less accessible laser projectors," said Paulina Cantú, ViewSonic's territory manager in Mexico.
