Mobile collaboration: the future of mobile productivity
The intuitive UC-One Connect mobile app has been updated with new features that improve productivity and workflows for mobile workers. Major enhancements include HD VoIP audio and video calling and a new web app homepage that allows customers to create a custom home screen in the UC mobile app to provide specialized capabilities for a particular function or vertical. For example, BroadSoft created a new hospitality app that helps hotels better serve their guests.
Integration with Team-One and CC-One: providing a unified user experience
BroadSoft is committed to delivering a seamless user experience beyond simple meetings. UC-One extensions in Team-One allow users to click to call a contact without leaving the workspace; Contact center agents using CC-One can easily communicate with back-office experts via a call or chat. UC-One users will be able to view and reply to workspace messages and access Team-One shared files without leaving the UC experience.
UC-One SaaS: A New Deployment Option for BroadWorks
To accelerate time to market, minimize CAPEX, and simplify UC-One management, BroadSoft has created an additional deployment option for BroadWorks customers, with the new UC-One SaaS offering. The SaaS offering includes an easy-to-use microsite with a warranty, automatic end-user activation, and a free 30-day trial program to address some of the key challenges that come with offering UC: initial deployment, branding, and continued release of new features. The service is available in a simple package that includes all the essential collaboration capabilities, and can scale from small to large to meet the needs of any business of size, at a competitive price.
