InfoComm. Powersoft is unveiling several new products this week targeting the fixed installation and OEM markets at this year's InfoComm exhibition. The new products include a significant extension of its successful two-channel amplification platform, Duecanali, as well as its renowned M-Force transducer, which provides unprecedented integration and power possibilities to several growing OEM partners.
A Duecanali in your future
The recently completed Duecanali line, which features an unparalleled power and size ratio, is capable of handling low impedance loads (2/4/8 Ohms) and selectable 70 V/100 V distributed lines per channel. It also provides more than 16 different possible output configurations per channel. The Duecanali line also provides more control and interoperability with embedded DSPs, third-party plug-ins, interconnection and remote control.

The capabilities of the M-Force
Powersoft also continues to explore new chapters of innovation in the field of bass, with its patented M-Force technology. Recently announced at this year's Prolight+Sound, the new M-force 301P01 has been updated with a number of additional features to simplify the workload for Powersoft's growing community of OEM partners.
Now, the M-Force is available as an M-Force 01 long-range linear engine (for infra sub applications) or M-Force 02 short-range linear engine (for high acceleration applications). With longer linear displacement, the M-Force 01 is the perfect tool for band pass and direct radiation applications, allowing manufacturers to maintain minimal cabinet sizes while enabling flawless under-grave reproduction. On the other hand, the M-Force 02 is designed to handle reliability under extreme loads — such as in pass-band applications and charged horn configurations.
Visitors to InfoComm 2018 will appreciate the developments in the M-Force 301P01, which comes in a robust factory-assembled package, greatly simplifying deployment. The engine comes paired with a purpose-built diaphragm via a newly designed coupling and a lightweight chassis, which also improves heat dissipation. The need for an external spring has been eliminated, as the magnetic spring action of the linear motion is delivered by the motor and magnets.
Harmony Pro Audio Suite Demos
Powersoft will also demonstrate Armonía Pro Audio Suite, its innovative audio and DSP management software solution. Half-hour sessions will be held twice a day, June 6-8 at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, at the Powersoft C628 booth, led by Gino Pellicano, Head of Market Development & Applications for North America, Powersoft. Each session will include details and explanations about system monitoring and advanced remote control features, with an emphasis on Harmony Operator View and advanced Webapp functionality.
