Latin America. Panasonic introduced the new AW-HE40, a Full HD remote camera with advanced features including power over Ethernet+ (POE+) and live video monitoring via IP. These cameras incorporate the newly developed 1/2.3 Full HD MOS sensor and digital signal processors (DSPs) for high sensitivity, high resolution and video capture over a wide range of conditions.
The new AW-HE40 cameras are designed to produce great results in a variety of applications that require high video quality and precise control such as in video conferencing, event capture, scenarios, distance education, among others.
Thanks to its 30x optical zoom lenses, wide field of view, and exceptional image quality features such as its impressive 54dB signal-to-noise rate, 1000 resolution lines, and 16-axis color control matrix, the AW-HE40 cameras are ideal for in-demand remote productions. With IP transmission and control and PoE+ support, the AW-HE40 camera offers the flexibility needed for installation and operation.
The AW-HE40 will be available in two versions, the AW-HE40H with HDMI output, and the AW-HE40S with HD/SD-SDI output. Both versions will feature black and white models, and will be released in spring 2015.
