Latin America. For the sales strategy in each of its business lines, as well as the company's sales management in the area, Alexander Schek Sennheiser appointed as its new vice president of sales for Latin America.
The new executive, a graduate in Marketing from the University of the Americas in Santiago de Chile, joined the company in 2009 as sales director for Central America and the Caribbean, where he was responsible for Sennheiser's business management in each of its divisions.
In this position he performed well, achieving an increase in the global distribution of products throughout Central America. It will now assume a region in which an important part of the company's international growth strategy is focused.
According to Markus Warlitz, general manager for Latin America, during his tenure at Sennheiser, Alexander "has achieved remarkable sales results while having a unit to take our business to the next level in Latin America."
Alexander Schek, a German who lived as a child in Chile and Brazil, will replace Oliver Baumann, who left Sennheiser in March, as vice president of Latin American sales.
