Mexico. Infocomm Show served as the basis for the company Biamp Systems to announce the incorporation of Ernesto Montañez to the global sales team as the new manager for Central America, based in his native Mexico.
As Manager of the Central America Area, Ernesto will oversee all sales and installations in the region, a position he reaches thanks to his extensive experience in the supply and promotion of audio including voice and public address evacuation systems, conferences and mission-critical IP-based systems.
He was able to increase the market share of DSP audio-based systems in Mexico, overseeing audio solutions for stadiums, convention centers, hospitals, airports, shopping malls, and offshore platforms. The company highlights that he brings excellent relationships with key integration partners and end users in the region.
In total, it is about 15 years working with international sales teams throughout Latin America. His last position was at Bosch Security Systems.
Ron Camden, Vice President of Global Sales at Biamp Systems, said: "Ernesto is a great support to our global sales team. He has a proven track record of converting prospects into customers. Ernesto embodies the excellence that our sales team brings to the table."
