Latin America. Providing immediate and interactive access to all the technical information of the company's products is the objective of the documentation app presented by Sennheiser.
The app allows quick access from any smartphone and tablet, to Sennheiser's B2B clients, system integrators and end users. To do this, it uses an HTML 5 design.
Among the available documents are product manuals and specification sheets as well as multimedia documents enhanced with audio and video content, all in different languages.
Sebastian Daube, Head of Documentation at Sennheiser, said: "The app not only helps us provide our customers with any product information available in a flexible and responsive HTML 5 format but also allows us to include additional audio, video and 3D elements. In this way, the app allows us to increase the number of documents we offer to a new level and ensures that we are always providing our customers with the information they need – how they want it and when they want it."
The documentation app is now available for iOS and Android operating systems.
