Latin America. Audio-Technica has produced a new package of 13 educational videos entitled "Basic Audio Techniques for Video", covering different aspects of audio capture for video production and broadcasts.
The creation of these videos is partly due to the success achieved by the previous 30 A-T tutorial videos, which offered, among others, the techniques for the installation of microphones for the recording of drums and percussion, wind instruments and keyboards. The new videos, now available on the company's YouTube channel, use some of Audio-Technica's most popular wired and wireless audio microphones for video and broadcasts.
Gary Boss, Director of Marketing/Professional Markets at Audio-Technica, said, "A-T has been actively involved in the video production community for many years. One of the most recurrent problems we have found is the general lack of information regarding the how, what and why of audio for video. With the continued increase in demand for video content, we thought it was time to produce a series of formative videos that would educate new video creators, but at the same time have enough depth to attract the more experienced."
