Red Devils Stadium installed Panasonic solutions

Mexico. Panasonic provided a giant screen system – unique in Mexico (including straps and a translucent screen); digital signage with dozens of monitors and a vast team of cameras, switchers and Full HD recorders for the production of video and television content at the Alfredo Harp Helú stadium in Mexico City, this for the production of amenities in the games of the Red Devils of Mexico and for the transmission of Diablos TV, said Eleazar Omar Lopez, Large LED B2B Project Manager at Panasonic Mexico.

"In the Alfredo Harp Helú stadium we installed 969 square meters of LED screens. In the main screens we install 21 meters by 12, which will give us Full HD resolution; We also install four straps or fascias, which are four of 72 meters by 60 centimeters high. The low fascias are 62 meters by 64 centimeters high," the executive described.

He added that "Apart we install screens inside the field that can absorb a certain amount of impacts, which have a pitch 10 and there are four; in addition to two screens behind home. In addition, we installed a curtain-like screen at the entrance of the stadium, which has a level of transparency and that you can see the entrance of baseball fans. 11 LED screens, as well as screens for boxes, store, locker and professional video equipment, which includes professional cameras, portable and robotic cameras, as well as audio, video and switcher control. "

Lopez said it offers a complete family entertainment experience that goes beyond the actions of the baseball diamond. With these technological resources, both the fans who visit the stadium and those who follow the game from home through the signal generated by Diablos TV, live closely the emotions of the team of the Mexican capital. "It took us three months to provide the equipment, as well as the installation, but we were also working with the stadium over two years in the design, placement, location of the screens to manufacture and deliver them. The screens are Full HD, although we are slightly above a Full HD screen. The estimated lifetime of each of these teams is 30 years."

He added: "We have installed this type of equipment in Televisa studios and in the Azteca stadium. We did the renovation of screens and although we placed slightly earlier technologies, the results have been optimal and with many years of life ahead."

On the Diablos TV broadcast, Lopez said: "The Diablos TV signal is produced almost entirely with Panasonic technology. This is a very ambitious project, headed by Don Alfredo Harp and fortunately we carried out in a timely manner and the results are incredible".

Mexican filmmaker Ginelin Gallardo said: "Diablos TV has established itself as the baseball channel with the best broadcasts in the Mexican Baseball League; this is made known by the comments on social networks, where diablos TV is considered to be a channel with the level of the 'Major Leagues'. It has been a long process, today we are proud of our team: five cameramen, six operators for the functions of repetitions, switcher, graphics, robotics, audio and video; two assistants and two producers," he said.
