Mayra Lira is an Architect from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, graduated from the AD2 program of IPADE and certified as Food Safety Manager issued by The National Registry of Food Safety Professionals in 2013 and member of ASHRAE Mty chapter since 1999. He has also presented different conferences at important congresses in the sector.
Alejandro Avelino Bonilla MD ESP. Physician and General Surgeon, specialist in epidemiology and candidate for a master's degree in public health from the Juan N. Corpas University Foundation. Creator of the Group of Epidemiology, Public Health and Health Services GESPSS, in Colombia. He has experience in studies of the use and comparison in hospital cleaning and disinfection and its introduction to hospitals.
