Shure launches new Tech Portal

Latin America. Seeking to improve the experience of its customers, the Shure company launched the new Shure Tech Portal, an interactive library of technical resources developed for system integrators, distributors and audio engineers, service providers, consultants and other professional and technical users.

The portal provides quick and direct access to technical and product information, document downloads and resources in order to assist in the specification, design, implementation and operation of Shure products, in all markets and applications.

The Shure Tech Portal is an intuitive, searchable online platform that offers professional users simplified access to Shure product information. With a library of documents for each product, key specifications, global SKUs, and information about local products, software and firmware downloads, images, FAQs, and more, Tech Portal users can get all the information they need, in one place. As soon as a new product is released, modified or updated, updated information will be available on the portal for offers, training and support. Users can find information across shure's categories and product lines, from microphones, wireless microphone systems, in-ear monitors, conferencing and DSP systems, to headphones, headphones and more.

In addition to sales resources and technical document downloads for new, current and discontinued Shure products and systems, the portal allows users to create their own custom documents and export information directly from the platform. In addition, it features a product comparison tool, a software and firmware file, and a handy contact form with information about all Shure sales and support offices around the world. The Shure Tech Portal is available globally in English and in multiple languages. It is mobile-friendly and easily accessible from an iPad or other device, in order to help users who are on the project site. Shure is also working to add more tools in the future in order to increase functionality for its users.

"Our distributors, integrators and professional customers clearly expressed the need for a Shure resource that allows them to quickly and intuitively obtain detailed specifications and support material," said Erik Vaveris, Vice President of Global Marketing at Shure. "During the process of creating the new Tech Portal, we have worked closely with these strategic partners so that the site is organized in such a way that it can provide accurate and complete information, that prioritizes the organization and minimizes distractions. We are confident that this new portal will help our customers and strategic partners in their essential day-to-day work."

The Shure Tech Portal can now be accessed via prominent links on the Shure website or directly on techportal.shure.com. To use the portal it is necessary to register. For simplified access, the portal offers a single login feature. Users can create a Shure ID and use the same login for other company platforms, including Shure's platform for Technical Service.
