Latin America. Emeraldan announces the appointment of Jason C. McGraw, CTS, CAE as Vice President responsible for the supervision of CEDIA Expo, the leading event serving the residential integrated technology market. In addition, Emerald announces the new position of Key Account Director CEDIA Expo, which amy Hornby will assume.
With these organizational changes, CEDIA Expo and KBIS are putting in place a strong cohesive cross-marketing strategy that will strengthen the convergence of the design/build and custom electronics markets and facilitate opportunities to integrate programs and platforms for exhibitors and attendees.
McGraw will also be responsible for working collaboratively with our partnership partners at NKBA, NAHB and CEDIA, as well as identifying and fostering new cooperative opportunities in existing, new and adjacent markets.
Hornby will be responsible for more than 25 key accounts that currently participate (or may have an interest in participating) in CEDIA Expo and KBIS. You will work closely with these accounts to help with the development of new "go-to-market strategy" opportunities, leveraging the KBIS and CEDIA Expo platforms to create customized solutions for maximum results.

With more than 33 years of experience in for-profit and non-profit conference and exhibition management, McGraw most recently served as Senior Vice President of Exhibitions and Event Services for AVIXA, the Association for Audiovisual and Integrated Experience, where he led InfoComm, the largest annual exhibition of the professional audiovisual industry held in the Western Hemisphere. InfoComm 2018 marked its 25th annual InfoComm program®.
Jason has extensive experience leading all facets of B2B business events. In addition to his many years leading the InfoComm program, he worked at other major industry events, including his time as Vice President of Exhibitions for the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) leading the CONEXPO-CON/AGG® '99 program and as a Senior Group. Director of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in 2000 supporting The International Builders' Show®. He also launched and led international trade shows held in China, Europe, Japan, Mexico and Singapore, including Integrated Systems Europe, InfoComm Asia and InfoComm China fairs.
