Shure audio instituteLatin America. Shure announced a new free training program, specifically for audio professionals.

"We seek to offer everyone various levels of technical knowledge, including newbies in the audio industry as well as experienced professionals, preparing and helping them to succeed as the industry returns to operations," said Eduardo Valdes, senior director of global audio marketing for professionals and consumers at Shure.

The ProAudio Program is a new online learning training from the Shure Audio Institute (SAI). The program is divided into three levels:

Audio professionals know that to be the best, they need to stay ahead of the latest advances in products and technology. At level 2, the training focuses on how to set up and use Shure products.

Level 3: Advanced Application Training
Level 3, based on levels 1 and 2, to provide training oriented to a variety of professional applications. This training addresses the main challenges of audio such as systems that solve sound problems, wireless technologies, network management and more, in order to configure and use audio systems successfully.

"This is a completely new program, designed specifically for this audience," said Dave Klein, director of the Shure Audio Institute. "While we already have a certification for embedded systems focused on applications in meeting and conference rooms, we will now add a new program for audio professionals. The training is ideal for anyone participating in live events, broadcast, A/V equipment rentals, film, churches, education and more."

Currently, Level 1 courses are available; Level 2 and Level 3 will be available soon. Courses are in English and translated versions will be added shortly.
