Shure Wins Latest Patent Lawsuit

Latin America. A ruling issued by a Federal District Court ruled in favor of Shure in clearOne's appeal regarding Patent 493 IPR.

It was a unanimous decision for Shure issued by the panel (including the Chief Judge), and the decision includes the adjudication of costs in Favor of Shure.

Shure believes that the panel's unanimous decision in its favor is a strong validation of what Shure invented with its innovative MXA910 product.

By virtue of this judgment, it can no longer be doubted that Patent 493 (including certain original and modified claims) is novel, recognized and enforceable. The Company looks forward to continuing to support our valued customers and end users without further legal interruptions from ClearOne in this regard.
