Mexico. After the pandemic and the restrictions that applied for months, people are looking to live new experiences from entertainment. That's why this has become an important niche for companies providing digital signage solutions.
Miguel Ángel González, commercial director of Zasu Mexico, told AVI Latin America that "In this year 2023 companies already know what Digital Signage is and the great benefits that this entails, so more and more companies and businesses are looking for us to implement them almost immediately, although a previous analysis has to be done by ZaSu Mexico to define what is the best solution. for each of the projects in order to guarantee an excellent result".
In that sense, the trends are based on both interactive and non-interactive Digital Signage, many projects with Videowalls with both screens and LEDs.
When asked about the lack of equipment to execute projects, Miguel Ángel González mentioned that "Like everyone in the industry we were affected by this shortage. The advantage in our case is that we had a very efficient planning, which allowed us to deliver the projects on time without affecting any opening or start-up. This situation still persists, but it has been improving. We had up to 6 months of backorder in some cases and with some brands, but currently the delivery time has dropped by half, between 12 - 15 weeks."
About InfoComm Show 2023, he said he hopes to know more about market trends, to be able to talk with more suppliers of both Audio and Video, without missing all the automation issue that his customers ask for a lot.
