Mexico. For the ACT Group, 2023 started with much more movement than the previous year. This, according to César Centeno, representative of the company, because companies are already having more clear if they return to offices or if they continue virtual or hybrid work.
"I feel that simpler solutions are sought or brands not so recognized in the industry, understanding that the cost-quality is not equal, but with less concern on the part of some customers," he added.
Among the sectors that are moving the most projects, corporate and education stand out. Among the solutions, identify hybrid AV rooms and begin to understand the benefits of AV-IP technology.
César Centeno pointed out that the shortage of products that began in 2022 affected them to a large extent, to the extent of having to look for alternative technological solutions, in brands or technology, in addition to not having a clear certainty in several projects to be able to give clarity to the client of the deliveries, they even had cancellations of projects for that reason. In 2023 the situation persists, to a lesser extent in some cases.
Finally, on the expectations for 2023, they expect "to resume projects that were pending in 2022 by customers, greater movement of projects as companies are increasingly returning to face-to-face and hybrid office work".
