Mexico. Casio presented in Mexico City EcoLite, a projector that has the LampFree technology developed by the company, which offers ecological and safe characteristics, and exceeds the strictest performance and design standards on the market.
The main advantages of LampFree technology over other brands are that it contains a Laser/LED light source, which does not use mercury lamps and offers low energy consumption.
The new EcoLite has a fast ignition, so that the image can be seen 100% in just eight seconds at 2700 lumens of brightness. When turned off it does not require cooling, and is silent. The lifespan is approximately 20,000 hours allowing for 10-year operation with an average usage of eight hours daily for five days a week.
According to the company, EcoLite is a projector that helps create a new work culture by offering innovative and green solutions for sectors such as Government, Education and the business sector in general.
Casio's EcoLite model will be on sale from June 2015 with the official CASIO distributors.
