Brazil. The Brazilian Association of Residential Automation, Aureside, published a report on home automation, aimed at the civil construction sector, whom it identifies as the potential customers of residential automation.
The report highlights that home automation is one of the most important trends in the world and has gained great relevance in the construction sector. Interest in the home automation market from large companies such as Google and Apple demonstrates specific opportunities in the construction supply chain.
According to José Roberto Muratori, executive director of Aureside, he said that home automation is a process by which different systems are used to automate the tasks of a residence and optimize its use.
Home automation has a strong expansion in Brazil and is driven by consumer demand for safety and comfort, and a market with a high degree of innovation.
