The concept of the KX-HTS32 "All-in-one" solution seeks to reduce the cost of investment in communications that micro, small and medium enterprises make and at the same time, reduce the number of network devices installed, with the consequent savings in integration and maintenance services.
The technology of the compact hybrid IP switch KX-HTS32 offers both call handling functions and integrated routing functions, as well as a wide variety of telephone terminals and devices that allow voice and video communications.

With capacity for up to 24 extensions, the KX-HTS32 hybrid IP switch meets the requirements of most SMBs. It is ready for integration with SIP trunks, without the need to buy additional equipment since it has a router and access pointintegrados, which allows it to be used, both as a switch and as a network access device, so it will facilitate the integration of other devices, from smartphones or PCs to boost BYOD work systems, to video surveillance cameras or video intercoms to create a visual communication link.
All standard call handling functions are integrated into the system, from Caller ID, Auto Attendant, Voicemail, or Automatic Call Distribution (DSIA).
In addition, it has 4/6-channel SIP trunk connection capability and 24 pre-built SIP extensions, a function available without the need to purchase additional devices or activation codes.

The installation of the KX-HTS32 "All-in-one" solution is very simple and fast. So we sought to include multiple functions that SMEs in these regions demand to carry out their daily business activities.
Remote IP Extension: The integrated Media Realy Gateway function allows you to connect IP extensions remotely by using a virtual private network or VPN and combine Panasonic KX-HDV series phones with smartphones with SIP softphone, PCs and third-party desk phones.
Virtual conference room "Meet-Me": The system offers the integrated conference function "Meet-Me", which allows multiple collaborators to have access to virtual conference rooms by simply dialing the virtual room number and access key. This function is integrated into the KX-HTS32 solution and does not require additional devices or codes. Three conference rooms are offered with a maximum capacity of up to six participants in each.
Voceo: In some companies such as health clinics, warehouses or stores, the Voceo function will be very useful to share information with all collaborators or locate a particular person. This function can be performed locally or remotely.
Integrated voicemail notification: To ensure that communication flows in the company, the system allows voice messages to be received via email using both PCs and smartphones.
Video Communication: The KX-HTS32 solution is compatible with a wide range of Panasonic telephone terminals, including the KX-HDV430 video phone . By combining the use of the KX-HDV430, visual communications can be established between different collaborators located in offices or remote cities, which will result in more effective contact and reduced travel costs or travel times.
Basic monitoring system: The system can be integrated with the IP communication cameras, Panasonic KX-NTV150, and the video intercom, Panasonic KX-NTV160, to create a video communication network with these devices. These equipment are very versatile, as they can be used as an access control and surveillance system, or as an extension with video, very useful to give indications to a collaborator in a remote point of the business.
