Latin America. BenQ America introduced its new interactive tools for the classroom: the MX852UST and MW853UST ultra-short throw projectors. Designed to bring Colorific image quality, ease of installation, and PointWrite interaction to students, teachers, and educational institutions, the devices offer more than a billion bright colors, cost savings, and enable greater classroom collaboration experiences while reducing total cost of ownership, TCO.
With BenQ's Colorific image quality, the MX852UST and MW853UST deliver precise, crisp, long-lasting quality through a billion more realistic colors for classroom projection screens. For schools, the technology eliminates both light burning and color degradation with prolonged use, reducing the TCO of the devices.
To further optimize the visual experience, the XGA (MX852UST) and WXGA (MW853UST) resolution devices shine at a contrast ratio of 10,000:1 and respective 3000 and 3200 lumens of brightness to ensure reliable projections in any indoor light setting, eliminating the need to dim lights.
To bring lesson plans to life, the MX852UST and MW853UST support BenQ's PointWrite technology, which allows up to four participants to collaborate simultaneously on screens as large as 190 inches.
With wall-mount plates integrated directly into the projectors, installing the MX852UST and MW853UST is as easy as sliding the devices into place. Configurations are made even easier thanks to ultra-short throw projector ratios of 0.43 (MX852UST) and 0.35 (MW853UST), which allow for easy placement in any environment.
For further TCO reduction, both projectors are equipped with BenQ's SmartEco technology, which reduces power consumption by 70% through automatic lamp power adjustment based on precise brightness requirements.
