The RTiQ solution for RTI systems makes it easy for integrators to monitor their customers' AV installations with components controlled by an RTI XP processor, remotely from anywhere and receive notifications via e-mail and text messages, in case of failures and perform actions to try to correct them.
This platform achieves the reduction of system downtime in case of failures by eliminating the need to call technical support for simple cases such as blocked components, and even alerts by mail or SMS allow to solve any failure with a component before the same client notices it.
Configurable system actions include all control actions supported by the component, such as restarting, running macros, or specific commands.
