International. Seeking better support in its internal processes, steve Craddock SeaChange International appointed to the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee. The company highlighted Steve Craddock's extensive experience in the audiovisual and telecommunications industry.
The new executive is group president of Del Ray, LLC, an independent consulting firm that provides services to high-tech and financial clients, and which focused on media and telecommunications market segments.
Thomas Olson, Chairman of the Board of SeaChange said: "We highlight his outstanding achievements in the development of emerging video technologies through his distinguished career. Their expertise will be very useful to us as we continually innovate and provide the next generations of our products."
Craddock graduated from the Virginia Military Institute with a BSCE/EE and is a distinguished military graduate. He did graduate studies in finance and economics at Iowa State University, and completed numerous AT&T-sponsored intensive study programs in engineering and computer science.
He is also an alumnus of the Board of Directors of the School program at Stanford University School of Law and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Program Audit Effectiveness Committee.
He has served as an independent director on the boards of directors of numerous public and private companies, holds a professional director certification from the American College of Corporate Directors, and is a member of the Corporate Directors Group. He currently serves as an independent director on the Board of MaxLinear.
