"Sarah has been part of the AV industry for 20 years. I have seen first-hand his passion for the industry we serve, his leadership experience on a global stage and his direct knowledge of our diverse groups, from manufacturers, integrators and distributors, to end users. We are incredibly fortunate to have Sarah join us as Global Director and lead our continued global expansion," said AVIXA Executive Director David Labuskes, CTS, CAE, RCDD.

"I also want to thank Terry Friesenborg for his 40 years of commitment to AV experiences, and for his two decades of service to AVIXA and InfoComm around the world. Under Terry's leadership, we have grown to become a truly global organization, with members in 80 countries and trade shows in 10 countries. AVIXA and the audiovisual industry owe Terry Friesenborg an enormous debt of gratitude. I know Sarah Joyce will build on Terry's impressive legacy," Labuskes concluded.
