Panasonic presented compact projector of 50 thousand lumens

Latin America. With the novelties presented by Panasonic during InfoComm 2019, the Japanese company strengthens its product portfolio with robotic cameras, flat screen monitors with 4K resolution and different projectors for a wide range of applications, including an innovative compact model with an impressive performance of 50,000 lumens of brightness and 4K resolution.

With these additions to its offering, Panasonic has more options to meet the needs of integrators and end users in sectors such as entertainment, education, museums, corporate, event production and equipment rental companies.

50 thousand lumens in a compact body
The PT-RQ50K is the smallest 50,000 lumens projector with 4K resolution in the world. It is a model of the Solid Shine Series, with laser light source, 3-Chip DLP technology and useful life of up to 20 thousand hours; designed to create engaging and immersive experiences in live events and themed entertainment apps. This projector offers a vibrant, pure and powerful color reproduction, to display striking images and create a truly immersive audience experience.

Its compact body facilitates the workflow in a production, speeding up installation time and simplifying transportation tasks. In addition, a single PT-RQ50K provides unparalleled potential by eliminating the need to use multiple lower-brightness projectors, stacked on top of each other.

Ideal for corporate auditoriums, university or religious temples
Panasonic also introduced the PT-MZ16K line of 3LCD laser projectors from the Solid Shine Series. The main model PT-MZ16K, 16 thousand lumens, is capable of reproducing very bright and vivid images, compatible with uncompressed 4K / 60p signals through HDMI or Digital Link inputs. Due to its quiet operation, long life of up to 20 thousand hours and low maintenance cost, this series is ideal for applications in corporate auditoriums, universities or in religious temples. The series is complemented by the PT-MZ13K and PT-MZ10K models.

Museums, theme parks or rental companies
Within the Solid Shine Series, the PT-RCQ10 laser projector with 1-Chip DLP and 10 lumens of brightness, displays 4K images of vivid colors very realistic. With reliable performance of up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free operation, it is designed for rental applications, stages, theme parks, museums and exhibitions.

Corporate conference rooms and educational centers
The two new 1-Chip DLP® LED models of the PT-LRZ35 series are aimed at educational and corporate centers. They are compact, lightweight and portable equipment with brightness of 3,500 lumens. Its RGB LED light source delivers instant projection as soon as it is turned on, providing excellent color reproduction.

Robotics for multiple applications
The use of robotic cameras is growing day by day, both for videoconferencing applications and for the transmission or recording of meetings, remote classes, oral trials or radio programs. For these needs, Panasonic launches the new digital camera AW-UE4, a compact equipment with 4K / 30p quality, for remote operation (panning, tilt and zoom) from controllers such as the new model AW-RP150. The AW-RP150 is an easy-to-operate one-handed multi-camera controller with touchscreen, motion memory, and IP or Serial connectivity.

According to Alejandro Ramos, Display Sales Manager in the B2B Solutions Group of Panasonic de Mexico, the new products will boost business opportunities for its channel of distributors and integrators. "With the new models of projectors and flat screens we will be much more competitive in markets such as education or event production. Technological advances, such as the compact 50,000 lumen projector, are highly valued by our users and business partners," Ramos said.
