Latin America. ClearOne announced the addition of Voice Lift technology to its BMA 360 microphone, the ceiling plate beamforming microphone suite, offering unparalleled audio performance and ease of deployment.
According to ClearOne President and CEO Zee Hakimoglu, the updated BMA 360 is now shipped to customers around the world. "Voice Lift provides a simple and powerful way to activate multiple speaker zones without mixing, allowing everyone in the room to hear every word. ClearOne's innovative technologies, FiBeam and DsBeam, enable greater gains from Voice Lift than was previously possible."
The combination of ClearOne's feedback cancellation and beamforming technologies provides an increase of up to 20 dB in gain before feedback compared to an omnidirectional microphone.
Local amplification of a presenter's voice easily allows local listeners in every corner of a large space to experience the same comfortable and intelligible level of audio as someone sitting next to the presenter. Voice Lift offers users on a near end the same benefits of convenient collaboration and clear audio as users on the remote end; all based on the unrivalled technologies of BMA 360.
FiBeam technology makes the BMA 360 the world's first set of broadband invariant frequency-forming beam-forming microphones that provide the ultimate in natural, full-fidelity sound. DsBeam, provides an unparalleled lateral lobe depth, below -40 dB, resulting in superior rejection of reverb and noise and providing excellent clarity and intelligibility. These technologies allow for a 12 dB increase in Voice Lift gain before feedback compared to an omnidirectional microphone.
