AVI: How many partners does Seal Telecom have in Chile today?
Pablo Psijas: 45 direct employees plus some indirect associates.

AVI: How much was this expansion process affected in Chile by the pandemic?
Pablo Psijas: Being a global integrator and working on projects tailored to the client, we managed to navigate this pandemic very well, because the world is changing rapidly and companies need flexible business allies, with financial capacity and success stories to help them solve problems. By having operations in different markets we take advantage of the capabilities and knowledge to be able to accelerate the process of digital transformation of the market. We are connected globally, and by using experience and responsiveness it was instrumental in being able to increase our revenue exponentially.

AVI: What sectors or types of projects are marking the recovery of the audiovisual market in Chile?
Pablo Psijas: Education, with a strong demand thousands of technological rooms sold in 2020 and 2021. We are the leading company among the main educational institutions in the country, with great value. And it is that the designs have been made between our engineers and teaching teams of client institutions, to the measure.

The corporate market has also modified its technological infrastructure in the "new normal" and we are working with very innovative solutions with the full support of the parent company, delivering Best in Class solutions, in the style of Convergint Seal Telecom.

AVI: Internally, what changes have you implemented to achieve that recovery?
Pablo Psijas: Now with Convergint we are in the process of rebranding, it has been very powerful in giving us support to maintain the standards of work and excellence in world-class service. That is certainly recognized by customers, not only in Chile but throughout America, Asia and Europe. The satisfaction for a multinational that the same service that can be contracted in the United States, Switzerland or India, can be available in Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, etc. It's really feeling like you're inside a global company, and that's the main thing in the last year I think, growth, a cross-cutting, people-centered culture. I think that's key to staying in touch with the reality of the market and the transformation it has experienced, agility to face changes and grow personally and professionally being the best at what we do.

AVI: In terms of technology, what trends became widespread with the pandemic and are here to stay?
Pablo Psijas: I think it has been two things mainly. The first is smart buildings and centralized management for efficiency and better quality of life in the corporate sector that has been key. The booking of offices linked to scheduling of rooms, messaging, digital signage, parking, access control, times for sanitation, monitoring with artificial intelligence.

The second thing is the hybridization of meetings, and that unified communications today are not a plus but a from. This led us to new formats of information exchanges, forced the development of graphic skills and new techniques in the development of virtual meetings, I have even seen some manuals of good practices in virtual meetings, which were not seen before.

Converingt Seal Telecom, will be the largest system integrator in the world, our strategy is focused on the client, solving problems, delivering customized projects, we love what we do and we work with high standards of quality and safety.

We have several world-class certifications, which allows us to give peace of mind to our clients and replicate any project anywhere in the world. We also have a great concern for the community and the environment, part of our initiatives, commitments are focused on generating value and giving back to the community everything it does for us.
