Epson strengthens commitment to sustainability

gabriel goncalves, epson

Latin America. During its participation in Andicom 2023, Epson presented its range of corporate solutions, highlighting its commitment to innovation, sustainability and the technological and environmental needs of the market. Its commitment is: to democratize technology and connect through sustainability from two key sustainability perspectives:

First. Immersive and sustainable experience: Andicom is not limited to a conventional stand, its environmental commitment included the design of an environmentally friendly stand. In addition, they presented a "Solution Center" aimed at various corporate sectors, where visitors can experience first-hand the functionality of our solutions, interact with them and learn about our entire portfolio of Epson corporate products," said Adriana Martinez, regional business development manager at Epson.

Second. Sustainability at the Heart of its Business Strategy: Epson is a brand aligned with environmental sustainability at all stages of its business, from the manufacture of the solutions, to the proper disposal of IT equipment and consumables. As an environmentally friendly company, Epson will reuse 80% of its stand, which is 50% produced in cardboard and did not require the use of ink because the visual elements were made in vinyl, once the event is over it will be removed to be able to recycle all the cardboard.

Gabriel Gonçalves told AVI Latin America that sustainability is not a new issue for Epson. For many years the company has been including this concept in its developments and has been recognized several times for its actions.

Connecting and Innovating for the Future
"With corporate solutions we seek to facilitate the connection and positioning of equipment designed for the sectors: corporate, government, banking, consumer, education, industry and health. Participation in this fair will be a key element to achieve our ambitious goal of 34% growth in the commercial unit by 2024, as it will also be essential to point to the future trends demanded by the industry, "says Martínez.

That is why the company presented at Andicom technological trends such as digital signage. Its projectors of this line stand out for their long life of the lamps, better functionalities and have from a basic line for the office, to very robust laser equipment with advanced features for larger auditoriums.

It also presented corporate inkjet multifunctional printers, versatile scanners, receipt and label printing, color label printing, aimed at public and private companies, as well as partners that integrate technological solutions.

"Our company is constantly transforming to offer our customers products that improve their daily tasks. Our differential is that all our equipment is backed by high quality software, in many cases developed internally, which facilitates its use on various platforms and operating systems, allowing us to integrate easily into corporate systems, "concludes Adriana Martínez.
