ViewSonic presented display for video wall applications

Latin America. ViewSonic launched its new 55-inch CDX5562 reference display with super-thin bezels, specifically optimized for professional multi-panel or video wall applications.

The ViewSonic CDX5562 provides 1080p Full HD resolution and an edge-to-edge bezel 1.8 mm wide, which facilitates the connection of several displays to deploy high-impact messaging in public spaces, security centers, command and control, transport centers and commercial or industrial environments, among others.

The CDX5562 includes DisplayPort and DVI connectors to create amazing and creative chain applications, including options up to 10x10. This visual device features SuperClear® technology that incorporates wide viewing angles, near-perfect uniformity through the factory pre-calibration process, 700 nits of brightness, as well as a pair of 10W Stereo speakers. It's a professional all-in-one digital signage solution that delivers vivid, crisp images as well as great sound.  This commercial display delivers a complete multimedia advertising messaging experience.

To reduce maintenance costs, only one CDX5562 display is required to connect to the image or content source. An HDMI CEC function provides local control to DVD players, sound systems and any other device connected via HDMI. The connectivity options included are: HDMI, DisplayPort In/Out, DVI In/Out, CVBS, YPbPr, VGA, RJ45 and RS232 In/Out with IR signal. A USB port provides easy media playback without the need for a PC, while the built-in Intel® Open Pluggable Specification (OPS) slot provides wireless integration and easy installation in any environment.

The CDX5562 can support 3840x2160 resolution in a 2x2 daisy-chain configuration for stunning 4K imaging installations. The display comes with exclusive ViewSonic vController™ software that provides effortless maintenance and intuitive interfaces for remote management via PC or server. In addition, the product can easily connect to any external content player to transport users to a tremendous multimedia experience.
