International, The HDBaseT Alliance, the industry group tasked with promoting and advancing HDBaseT technology, and LG Electronics, one of the founders of the Alliance, have announced the addition of an HDBaseT insertion module to LG's LS75A series of information displays.
High definition and brightness in information displays, even with bezels optimized for digital signage applications, and the addition of HDBaseT are features that extend functionality and flexibility. HDBaseT allows the transmission of audio and video, controls, Ethernet, USB and up to 100W of power over a single LAN cable, for a maximum of 100 meters.
"With the launch of HDBaseT-compatible displays, LG brings greater options to installers and integrators, and enriches the vertical digital signage industry.
