International. The M-5000C is the new live mixing console from the Roland Professional A/V division. It's the latest addition to Roland's line of OHRCA system-based consoles that provide powerful features at an affordable price.
Less than 30 inches wide and weighing 70 pounds, the M-5000C maintains the quality characteristics of the M-5000, making it ideal for theaters, churches, OB trucks/vans, tours, or any application demanding on power and flexibility in a tight space.
Along with a sample rate of 96 kHz for excellent sound quality, the M-5000C has a 72-bit bus adding discrete analog circuits and redundant power supply. In addition to 16 console inputs and 8 outputs, it also features two expansion interface slots that can accommodate REAC, Dante, MADI, SoundGrid Waves, and other XI-Series expansion cards.
It supports the flexible workflow at the heart of Roland's OHRCA platform. The control includes a 12" color touchscreen; 20 channel faders in three groups; anchor points; DCA spills; multifunction knobs and buttons; and an assignable section for the user.
The M-5000C will be available in Q4 through Roland's authorized dealers.
